Wormsley Cricket Ground

In May 2019, I became a member of the Minor Counties Cricket Association (MCCA).

My work means I am free to watch cricket on Mondays and the 3 day championship matches are played Sunday to Tuesday.

The championship is currently split into two divisions of ten counties (Eastern and Western).

Each county plays six championship matches with the divisional champions playing off in the final at Banbury in mid September.

“Minor” Counties cricket is set for change, however, in 2020. https://www.sportindustry.biz/news/minor-counties-cricket-rebrand-2020
